ARC Director Mike Bradley will be one of our presenters for this year's LeaderCare Retreat. The ARC's vision for "loving, connecting, and caring for leaders" is something that Mike is passionate about. He will be speaking to us on "Connecting for Life Together."

ARC Pastor, Sharon Franta, will be another one of our presenters. Sharon is a pastor on staff at Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN. She and Mike have worked together in ministry over the years, most notably on staff together at The Master's Institute Seminary for a number of years. Sharon is a gifted teacher and leader who has helpful insights into the Role of Proximity which is an essential element in connecting for life together with God and with one another.

Brendon Fairley will be another of our presenters. Brendon is lead pastor at Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN and he is also a member of the ARC National Leadership Team. He will be sharing on the Role of Authentic Vulnerability. Authentic vulnerability is essential if we are to connect with the Lord and one another, and when Brendon speaks on this it is not merely an academic exercise for him, but one born of life experience.

Other presenters will help us be equipped with tools that we can take home that will enable us to better connect with the Lord in a way that will be life-giving, not simply something that helps us with work product as pastors and leaders.

Our times of worship are always set in a relaxed, unhurried manner. It is not unusual for Holy Spirit to lead us into times of personal prayer and prophetic ministry that comforts, encourages, and strengthens us. We are excited to announce that Joel Bidderman will be our worship leader for this event.
