Mike serves as the director for the Alliance of Renewal Churches. His passion is to help leaders and congregations become the best version of themselves they can be in order to increase their effectiveness in living lives of witness in the world and developing healthy leaders and disciples in the church. He is committed to seeing that leaders in the ARC have every opportunity to develop relationships with one another that are authentic and safe, and to ensure that they are being encouraged and cared for.
Mike's background includes having served as a youth pastor, worship leader, associate pastor, and senior pastor in congregational settings, and as President for The Master's Institute Seminary. He preaches and teaches in congregations throughout the country and overseas, and is the author of the book, Being a Safe Place for the Dangerous Kind. Mike leads seminars and retreats for church staffs and men's retreats on topics such as: Being a Safe Place for the Dangerous Kind, Leadership in the Kingdom of God, Hearing God Together, and Holy Spirit: What Difference Does He Make?
Mike and his wife, Debi, live in Gilbert, AZ. They have five children and two grandchildren.
Eric has ministered in the area of Holy Spirit renewal for a decade with Lutheran Renewal in the para-church setting as a church consultant, and for nearly two decades as a parish pastor at two local churches. He has a passion for following Jesus and growing others in discipleship and church health, and is a lifelong student of incorporating current moves of the Spirit into the life of the Church and the everyday life of the believer. He is married to his true love, LaVonne, for over 27 years and has three active and talented young adult daughters.
Brendon is the lead pastor at Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN. He has been involved with the ARC since 2007 and has served as member of the National Leadership Team since 2012. Brendon earned his BA in Biblical Studies from Eastern University in St. David, PA. He completed two years at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA and graduated with a Masters of Divinity from The Master’s Institute in St. Paul. He is married to Shanna and has two beautiful children, Grace and Emmett. He enjoys paddle boarding, skateboarding, cooking, and enveloping himself in cinema.
Graeme Sellers has served as lead pastor of Wonderful Mercy Church for 21 years. He has been a part of the ARC Leadership Team since the network’s inception and is the author of The Dangerous Kind. He and Jennifer have four extraordinary children. He loves films (he wrote screenplays for a while), Americana roots music, and deep-sea fishing.
Before being called to into ministry, Robert had a successful career as a petroleum geologist in Texas, where he later pastored a church for 15 years. He now lives in Virginia with his wife, Vilia, and some furry four-legged creatures who like to dig in his garden but never plant anything.
Robert Walter is the founder of On God’s Trail, a ministry to help people live into their full potential in Christ. He is also the Director of Training for LeaderSource SGA, a ministry that trains, coaches and consults experienced Christian leaders to help them raise up the next generation of healthy leaders. This ministry takes him all over the world.
He’s been speaking publicly for more than 25 years to groups in conferences, churches, classrooms, and clinics on every continent except Australia and Antarctica. His seminar topics include: Building Healthy Leaders, Design for Discipleship, The Heart of the Leader, Created for Community, Grace for Shame and Spiritual Buoyancy. He is the author of the new book, If I’ve Been Forgiven, Why Do I Still Feel Bad?
