Pat Boehland is a successful small business owner with a heart for developing and nourishing leaders to perform kingdom work. She served on The Masters Institute Board of Directors for 9 years and still enjoys hosting students who come to the Twin Cities campus for classes. She is thrilled with the success of many of her “children” who have graduated from MI. She lives in White Bear Lake, MN with her husband, Mel. Pat loves leisure time on the lake and spending time with her grand children. She also enjoys traveling the world with Mel and learning about other cultures.
stEric Bluhm has ministered in the area of Holy Spirit renewal for a decade with Lutheran Renewal in the para-church setting as a church consultant, and almost two decades as a parish pastor at two local churches. He has a passion for following Jesus and growing others in discipleship and church health and is a lifelong student of incorporating current moves of the Spirit into the life of the church and the everyday life of the believer. He is married to his true love LaVonne for over 27 years and has three active and talented young adult daughters.

Mike serves as the director for the Alliance of Renewal Churches. His passion is help God's people be transformed and empowered for lives of effective witness in the world, and to develop healthy disciples and leaders in the Church. Through his work with the ARC, Mike seeks to create opportunities for leaders to connect and to develop relationships with one another that are authentic and safe, and to ensure that they are being encouraged and cared for.
Mike's background includes having served as a youth pastor, worship leader, associate pastor, and senior pastor in congregational settings, and as President for The Master's Institute Seminary. He preaches and teaches in congregations throughout the country and overseas, and is the author of the book, Being a Safe Place for the Dangerous Kind. Mike leads seminars and retreats for church staffs and men's retreats on topics such as: Being a Safe Place for the Dangerous Kind, Growing in Wholeness, Leadership in the Kingdom of God, Hearing God Together, and Holy Spirit: What A Difference He Makes!
Mike and his wife, Debi, live in Gilbert, AZ. They have five children and three grandchildren.
Brendon is the lead pastor at Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN. He has been involved with the ARC since 2007 and has served as member of the National Leadership Team since 2012. Brendon earned his BA in Biblical Studies from Eastern University in St. David, PA. He completed two years at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA and graduated with a Masters of Divinity from The Master’s Institute in St. Paul. He is married to Shanna and has two beautiful children, Grace and Emmett. He enjoys paddle boarding, skateboarding, cooking, and enveloping himself in cinema.
Heidi is the Director of Development for the Alliance of Renewal Churches (ARC), a member of the ARC National Leadership Team, and serves as the Missions Pastor at Bridgewood Community Church in Blaine, MN. Heidi earned her BA in Biblical Studies and Public Communications from the University of Northwestern. She is passionate at engaging the church in the Lord’s heart for the poor and destitute. She and her two children live in St. Paul, MN. She loves to spend time in the outdoors hiking, camping, and traveling any chance she gets.
Graeme Sellers has served as lead pastor of Wonderful Mercy Church for 24 years. He has been a part of the ARC Leadership Team since the network’s inception and is the author of The Dangerous Kind. He and Jennifer have four extraordinary children. He loves films (he wrote screenplays for a while), Americana roots music, and deep-sea fishing.
