What we do is leader care. How we do it is through "Life Together" Events. 

Nobody understands the challenges and needs of a leader like a fellow leader. Our support network connects pastors & ministry leaders to one another in group, day away, and retreat settings that encourage free and open discussion in an accepting and confidential community.
